Three Rivers, California is the "Gateway" to Sequoia National Park. 

Three Rivers is a small community located in the Kaweah River canyon, just above Lake Kaweah. Population is approximately 1,600 people. We have a school that offers Kindergarten to 8th grade, currently 140 children attend this school.

The is so much to explore in Sequoia National Park, but just to name a few is the largest and oldest trees in the world.  The Presidente estimated to be about 3200 years old and the General Sherman is the largest tree in the world estimated to be 2200 years old.

 Tokopah Falls trail is a 1.7 mile hike at an easy incline. It travels along the Marble Fork of the Kaweah River to the impressive granite cliffs and cascading waterfall of Tokopah Canyon. Tokopah Falls is 1,200 feet high, and is most impressive in early summer.

The Slick Rock Recreation Area has multiple access points to the Kaweah River.

It’s where you can find the best swimming holes along the Kaweah River.

This place is a popular swimming area in Three Rivers.

 Crystal Cave is an excellent example of a marble cavern. A half-mile loop trail leads through the cave, and there's also a steep half-mile walk to and from the cave parking area to the entrance. Because of fragile formations, the only way to visit the cave is on a guided tour. Tours are suitable for all ages.
